We currently deliver in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 4 hours of confirmation.
For subscription customers, delivery is made daily at a fixed time.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2999
Standard delivery charges may apply on smaller orders
4. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before delivery.
5. Delivery Instructions
Please ensure:
Someone is available to receive the order
Correct address and contact details are provided
6. Failed Delivery & Charges
If our delivery rider is dispatched and reaches your location but is unable to deliver due to:
Customer unavailability
No one present at the delivery address
A delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.
We may reschedule or cancel the order based on the situation.
7. Product Handling Responsibility
Once the product is delivered, the responsibility of proper storage (refrigeration) lies with the customer.
Pure Quality Milk is not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling after delivery.
