Refund and Returns Policy

At Pure Quality Milk, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy.

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product quality does not meet our standards upon delivery

2. Time Frame for Complaints
All complaints must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.

Due to the highly perishable nature of milk and dairy products, we are unable to accept refund or return requests after this time. Delays in reporting may result in product spoilage due to improper storage or handling.

3. Proof Requirement
To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Photo or video of the product

  • Order details (name, phone number, order ID)

4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or adjusted in your next order

5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Complaint reported after 1 hour of delivery

  • Product was not stored properly after delivery

  • Change of mind after order delivery
